All deposits above ZAR100 should reflect within 5 mins of depositing. Amounts of ZAR100 and less kindly contact a consultant via the app (top right corner on the homepage) for manual crediting.

There are no charges or hidden costs, we just use a rate which appears on the app. The rate is subject to change at any time without given notice.

When a referral uses your code to register, you will both receive ZAR50 after their first transaction. Any misuse of the promo codes is a criminal offense and is punishable by law.

Under Settings on the mobile app you will find an option to reset your pin. On the webapp, you can go to the login page and select “Forgot Pin”

Please ask the beneficiary to check their Ecocash balance or statement. Sometimes Ecocash network will be down and fails to send the SMS.

Bitkesh is a separate legal unit and has no control over Ecocash or Individual Bank policies, however, we will try to the best of our abilities to assist clients should any issues arise between them and the above mentioned.

-Currently Bitkesh banks with FNB, Standard Bank and Absa. Transactions done to and from any other banks MAY take up 72 business hours unless the amount is above ZAR3000 or the client pays the bank charge of ZAR50 for an instant payment. Please also note Standard to Standard transfers may take anything from 30 minutes up to 24 business hours. These conditions are stipulated by the mentioned banks and are beyond our control.

You just need to download and register on the Bitkesh mobile/web app and you are ready to transact. Registration requires an operational mobile number, valid email address, a valid identity card (only Passports accepted for non-South African residents), and a profile picture.

You need to transact at least R20000 a month. When you meet this target you will get a cashback of 4% of the total amount you would have transacted. Email us your ID and proof of residence at admin@yolft.com and your account will be upgraded to merchant status. Please note your account will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Underperforming clients will be downgraded.
